Q: If I decide to sell my future payments for cash today, how long does it take to get paid?
A: Once the contract is accepted it takes less than 2 weeks.
Q: How much will I be paid and what charges will I incur?
A:Our discount rates vary depending upon the frequency, terms and amount of payments we are buying.
There are no charges to you, the offer will be net of all fees.
Q: Can I assign only a portion of my payments?
A: Yes, we purchase a portion of your payments depending on your circumstances and how much money you
want to raise.
Q: How do I get a quote on my contract?
A: Provide our office with the total annual payment amount of your CRP and how many years remain on
the contract. Or, go to www.CRPQuote.com and get instant on-line quotes anytime!
Q: What obligations do I have after I have sold my payments?
A: You must continue to maintain compliance under your CRP contract to insure the payments are not
disrupted.
Q: What if I sell my land or reaquire my CRP payments?
A: At any time during the term of this agreement you can reacquire your unpaid CRP payments. If you
sell your land, you will need to reacquire your unpaid CRP payments.
Q: What are my tax implications?
A: Just as any CRP payment, our payment would be income. This is not a loan. Talk to your accountant
about the 3 year Income Averaging option farmers have that can help with this lump-sum option we provide.
Q: Who is eligible to apply for a lump-sum payment from CRPQuote.com?
A: Producers who are receiving payments under their CRP contract.
